Lovely village house, East Pyrenees

This quaint village house is located high up in the pretty hillside village of Rodes. Rodes rests in the Languedoc Roussillon/Pyrenees-Orientales region of France where Mount Canigou dominates the skyline. A 30 minute drive takes you to Perpignan and the stunning Mediterranean coast. The house has breath taking views of Mount Canigou from the rooftop terrace and can comfortably sleep up to 4 persons. It has a private garage, free WIFI and two bikes available for guests to use. On the ground floor is the walk through garage and a utility area with a washing machine. The two bedrooms are on the first floor. The 2nd floor offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and an area for relaxing and eating. From here you access the sunny outdoor terrace and the mezzanine bathroom. The house and the area are perfect for a relaxing get away from it all holiday. Nearby is a village shop and easy access to the main road between Perpignan and Andorra. The village of Vinca is within walking distance and you can swim, relax and sunbathe on the shores of the crystal clear lake. Maison Mimosa is located in an exceptionally picturesque area ideal for walking and mountain biking as well as a visit to the world reknowned hot springs at Thomas Les Bains. During the winter season, the nearest slopes are just a 45 minute drive away. The 50 euros rate per night is negotiable dependent on number of guests, number if nights booked and the season. Gîte à la ferme entre mer et montagne

Situé prés d'un charmant petit village très ensoleillé, sur la route de l'Andorre, ce gîte climatisé vous propose un accès direct a de nombreux chemins de randonnées, tout en étant à 1H de la haute montagne et 1 h de la mer .Pour quelques jours ou juste une nuit la ferme vous accueille .Le lac de Vinça est tout prés. Nous signalons que l'accès est un chemin non goudronné (800m) avec un gué a traverser ( le gué est actuellement sec).NE PAS SUIVRE LE GPS !!!! pour accéder, merci de téléphoner.

Ravissant studio avec parking gratuit sur place

Jolie studio indépendant de 18m2 pour 2 personnes (adapté au fauteuil roulant), il y a un canapé lit dont le matelas est de très bonne qualité. Il s'ouvre sur une cours agréable avec un barbecue électrique. SAINT-FELIU-D'AMONT est un petit village paisible proche de Perpignan entre mer et montagne, proche de sites à visiter tel que les Orgues d'Illes, et de lieux de randonnés magnifiques. A 30 min de Canet plage et de l'Espagne, à 1h de la montagne. Le linge de lit et de toilette sont fournis.

Le stationnement dans l'impasse n'est pas autorisé. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement à proximité. Mer et montagne facilement accessibles. Belles randonnées et nombreux attraits culturels. T2 centre ville RDC + jardin. Parking facile.

Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.
