Miss Young Room

You must walk up 19 inside stairs to reach an 8ft. ceiling hallway that leads you to your room. When you open the door, we want you to say, "Oh honey, Wow!" This is the only hotel room with a king-size bed, clawfoot tub, and no pets are allowed. During the 1900s mining heyday, Elk City featured several hotels serving miners, including the Parr Hotel (noted in 1901 and 1917) and the Elk Hotel (1930s - 1939). Miss Young was a caring woman who took in orphans. We named her, our nicest room.

North Idaho Inn - Downtown Coeur d'Alene

This room has a queen bed and futon, So this can comfortably sleep 4. Great home base for all your Coeur d'Alene adventures. The Jennings Hotel, book direct on our website and save. Room eight at The Jennings Hotel was designed Greg Hennes, proprietor. The walls are clad in tamarack and fir reclaimed from a sawmill in the county and were milled by our local sawyer, Jim Zacharias. The floors are leftover boards from re-milling the walls and feature a whitewash finish. There is an all tile shower stall, built in cabinets and a fantastically comfortable queen size bed with down comforter.

This building boasts recently renovated rooms on the second floor. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants Just a short drive to Joseph and Wallowa Lake. An upscale place to stay!!!
