There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. A stunning apartment (that's what I'm told) in a lovely tree lined street, which considering how close it is to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, the beach and mainline railway station it is amazingly quiet. Although you can drive here and use the paybyphone app for parking it is so easy to get a train as you really don't need a car to get around the area. Buses are on the doorstep, 2 taxi ranks and virtually everything is in walking distance!!

Beautiful Seaside Apartment

This flat is situated in a pretty Conservation area, so it is quiet but still only a couple of minutes walk from all the shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and public transport. It is wonderfully bright and sunny and I fully recommend sitting by the front window whilst the sun streams in and enjoying a glass of wine! There is a pretty window box outside, so feel free to help yourself to the fresh herbs.
