Kinglet Cottage - Bright and Sunny Lake View!

Our cottage sits above Lake Washington with a beautiful water view. A peaceful respite, yet so close to the city. You can barbeque on the deck and watch the boats go by as ospreys fish in the little marina just below. Walk or ride bikes along Lake Wa. Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

Modern Oasis in Ballard. New cottage w/ 1.5 baths

Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

Vashon Island Beach Cottage

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the Olympic mountains, kayaking, BBQing, a forest hiking trail with sea and mount Rainier views, beach walks, and downtown Vashon (less than 10 mins away!). Please note: The parking lot is a few minutes walk from the cottage.

The Creamery

Nestled between the barn and the milking parlor is The Creamery; a relaxing spot to spend a few days far from the rigors of the city. Here we made Dinah's Cheese for years, and now you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your plush bed, warmed by the thick down comforter. The French Limousin cows may come up to your bedroom window, curious as to who is sharing the pastures this morning. The quiet will be startling, with little noise but coffee brewing in the kitchen.

15 minute drive to downtown Seattle. 25 minutes from SeaTac Airport. The newly renovated cottage is an absolute delight and I'm so excited to offer it as a short term rental. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood minutes walk from Morgan Junction (restaurants, coffee shops, grocery shopping), Lincoln Park (trails, green spaces galore, and a water front path), and Lowman Beach. The cottage offers peek a boo views of the Sound to enjoy with your morning coffee.

Eagle Point Cottage w/private waterfront

Relax at this peaceful beach getaway. Bring your paddle boards and head down the stairs to the water, or just enjoy the beautiful hood canal views from our deck. Under 10 miles north of Hama Hama, where you can pick up fresh local seafood and enjoy great cuisine. Close by to Lena Lake, Murhut Falls, Olympic National Park, Rocky Brook Falls, and many other attractions on the Hood Canal. We have three kayaks available (two single, one double) for guest use.

A picturesque two-bedroom cottage approached by a secluded road sits on a hill with stunning views of rolling lawns and treetops to the east. You’ll wake to the sunrise light streaming through the tall picture windows in the romantic bedroom. The separate living room offers ample space to relax with a good book and enjoy tea and cake! The adorable second bedroom provides a special place for children to feel right at home, or a private spot to unwind.
