You will find your oasis right in the middle of Holly Hill. This second floor get-a-way has modern amenities and is close to lots of the happening places/events in Daytona Beach. It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

Delightful sunny two-bedroom historic home! Private drive to house. Nestled 1 block from majestic Halifax River and 2.5 miles from the grand Atlantic Ocean. Full kitchen, living room, bathroom, screened patio-downstairs- and use of spacious yard. A few miles south is historic Beach St., Main St. and Ocean Walk shopping, and the 1938 Bandshell. A couple of miles north, along picturesque Riverside Drive, is historic Ormond Beach! Come and relax, walk, kayak, fish, surf, paddleboard & enjoy!

Enjoy a BBQ by the POOL followed by a game of cornhole or spend the day walking the BEACH. Take in some excitement at DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY or sharpen your pickleball skills at PICTONA! Shop the TANGER OUTLETS or enjoy a dinner cruise on the HALIFAX RIVER! There's so much to do, you're just a short drive/walk to it all!

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
