It is 3 miles to the beach, 5 miles to the Speedway, or 1 mile to the intercoastal. Also, if you want to venture further, you are less than a 2 hour drive to the Orlando theme parks or 1 hour north to the Oldest City! Like to play Pickleball? Pictona is only 5 blocks away! With 24 courts, it is a wonderful facility!

This bright, breezy seaside studio features a private balcony with a stunning direct oceanfront view from the room and balcony. This studio is ideal for families or up to 4 guests with included bedding (2 queen beds). This beach unit is part of the Daytona Resort and Conference Center building. This building has been recovering from previous hurricane damages. The indoor pool and north side outdoor pool just reopened for use. Enjoy both pool view and ocean view directly from the room.

Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
