Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

‘Balmoral’ historic, charming and by Battery Point

This beautifully restored and spacious home is perfectly located in a quiet street with a private car park close to Hobart CBD and just 1 km from Salamanca Place. Only metres to a beachfront park. You’ll rarely need the car to explore the best of Hobart. Battery Point, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops are all within 1km walking distance. All day sun, faux fireplace and central heating for warmth. Modern amenities coupled with classic features makes Balmoral cottage a home away from home.
