We want to offer visitors to Hobart a unique & luxurious accommodation experience, which connects modern design with its rugged, bush environment. Located in West Hobart, we are a short 8 minute drive to the Salamanca water front. Our 2 story house is nestled in a private bushy street, with amazing views of the Derwent River, South Hobart, Sandy Bay & beyond. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The modern studio is nestled in a luxurious garden providing a sense of serenity at the rear of our 130-year-old heritage house. Warm up next to the wood-fire after a short stroll to the local restaurants, bars and cafes located in North Hobart. Situated within 1.9km of the CBD and 2.8km to Salamanca waterfront, there is a bus stop at the end of the street. A microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and fridge are provided for your convenience, as well as a BBQ on your private deck.

Tucked away in Sandy Bay, The Studio is snug, fully self-contained and just 2.5kms from the city’s CBD and famous Salamanca Market. It's the perfect base for visiting Hobart. Dine alfresco in the leafy private courtyard, or choose from many fine dining and café options just short walks away. Snuggle up in the king-size bed with a Netflix movie. In the morning, walk a beautiful beach located just minutes away. The all hours self check-in takes the stress out of arriving late.
