Three double rooms are located in the upper floor, while on the top, there is a bedroom linked to a stunning veranda. Surrounded by a careful gardening touch, our villa becomes the perfect place for those who need a peaceful state of mind.

We offer a newly built sea view apartment in Saranda It is located in the 3rd floor of a building .This apartment has no distance from the beach as you only have to go down the stairs and will have direct access to the sea. The flat which fits up to 3 people and has space and a portable bed for a third person, is composed of 1 large bedroom (with a double bed, a kitchen & living room area wich has a sofa bed that is very comfortable and an well equipped bathroom
