New studio apartment located just 7 minutes south of Silicon Slopes and a mall. 5 minutes from the heart of booming Lehi and it's many restaurants and activities. Easy freeway access, a cul-de-sac, with off-street parking. Located in the basement of our home. We have installed soundproofing throughout the entire space but you will hear our children off and on throughout the day. It will be quiet between the hours of 9:30p-7:30a. You may hear babies occasionally during the night.

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
