Welcome to Lesmurdie-Perth Hills. 🎴 Our Guest house is located at a quiet culdesac road, 25’ from Perth City Center. Within a short walk, you´ll reach a bus stop, the local IGA, bottle shop & restaurants/take away. The unit is separate to the main house with a large bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom & fully equipped kitchen. Parking right beside the unit. The laundry facilities are outside. If you like total privacy you won’t be disturbed, but saying this we do have 2 boys (6&10) and a dog, Millie

A Nest in the Swan:new house close to airport

Brand new house, peaceful, quiet and central. The house is 8mins from Perth airport T3-T4 and 12mins from T1-T2 and less than 20mins to the city. Built in 2024, the house has modern facilities, a well equipped kitchen and high speed fiber optics internet. You can check in easily with the smart lock on check in day. There are parks and playgrounds for kids on both sides of the house. The rooms are comfortable, & well furnished with natural lights and a bathtub in the bathroom suitable for kids.

We welcome guests into our home only 1km from Kalamunda Centre at the start of the Bibbulmun Track. Our self-contained upstairs suite comprises bedroom, bathroom, lounge, kitchenette and large private balcony with an uninterrupted view of our Regional Parkland. We have an acre of garden with a variety of native and exotic plants, which Linda will be pleased to show you around. There are several signed walks in the area, plenty of cafes and restaurants in town, wineries and orchards close by.

Alma Apartment - easy access to airports

Alma Apartment is easy access to both airports and to the Swan Valley. Your accommodation is self contained, with your own front door, and initial access is via a lock box so you can come and go as you please. Basic breakfast goods supplied for first 1-2 days. A queen size bed with firm mattress, as well as clothes storage. There is a comfy sofa for watching TV (currently free to air only) and a console with powerpoints for charging your devices. Wifi accessible. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY.

Our recently refurbished bedroom suite is perfect for a short stay or a longer visit, 10 minutes drive from the airport, having all the necessary requirements the room offers both comfort and style close to the historical town of guildford that encompasses the history of its colonial beginnings as well as the modern bars, cafes and restaurants there today. On the doorstep of the swan valley sightseeing is only a step away, with vineyards, restaurants, brewery’s and of course the swan river.

Welcome to our sweet and lovely home in a quiet neighborhood🤗 -around 11 mins from the airport -2 mins walk to bus stop which go straight to the large shopping centre, Morley Galleria Shopping centre and Morley bus station which go straight to Northbridge, Perth city and many different suburbs. 10 mins walk to other bus from 5pm. -Only 5 mins drive to supermarket and Asian gloceries store. -13 mins drive to Carvesham Wildlife Park Swan Valley and the Perth’s famous wine region🤗

Taj Kalamunda - Home in the Forest

Home among the gum trees, 15 mins from Perth airport and 20 kms to CBD. 300m to the bus, although a car is better to explore the beautiful rustic Bickley valley wineries and bush walks. The space is a studio apartment, ground level, completely self contained and seperate to the main house where I live. Kalamunda hills are delightful if you wish for peace and quiet, other than the kookaburra morning chorus! Bush walks abound, plenty of open space behind my house. PLS NOTE - NO WIFI
