Recently renovated and very comfortable we offer three bedrooms - the main Queen Bedroom upstairs has air conditioning, tv and an ensuite whilst downstairs is the Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom with the shared bathroom. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Other areas to enjoy are the Lounge, Dining Room, BBQ, reading retreat & deck.

There is also another outdoor area next to the pool to relax or have a barbeque.

This is an older unit with modern furnishings consists of 2 Bedrooms both Airconditioned, fully self-contained Kitchen, Lounge and Dining Room, Bathroom, Toilet, Laundry and Back Deck. Pets are not accepted.

A newly renovated guest suite close to coastal walks, cycling tracks and a cafe. Great for a cosy get away. The guest suite is fully self-contained with a modern homely feel. The separate bedroom has a kingsize bed and opens up onto the lounge and dining areas with a view of the garden. Your hosts (Mark and Kathy) live on site; however, the guest suite is private, with its own entrance.

The Little Green Cottage by the Sea

Your cottage is entirely self-contained on a beach front block at Dundowran Beach. Pet friendly with a modern kitchen, bathroom/laundry, spacious living area and verandah. Your view is of the cottage garden at the front of our property. Our block is a half acre with a good distance between our house and the cottage for privacy. 10 minutes drive into Hervey Bay.
