It is located one minute from Pymmes Park and 9 mins from Silver Street overground and from there a 6 min train to the Victoria line. You can relax in the private south-facing garden with 2 swings and sitting areas. You will be well-connected to the city, whilst also enjoying peace and quiet. Beautifully presented, clean & quirky entire house, close to the cultural centre of St Albans, and countryside (Heartwood forest only a 30min walk away). Very private, with a closed off garden, allocated parking and everything you will need inside to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Kitchen with filtered water (Water2), spray tap and garbage disposal. My home's been lovingly renovated by myself, and I'm happy to make it available for respectful guests.
