A newly built, modern, self contained flat behind the main house. The bedroom has a queen bed and large flat screen TV, separate lounge area with large flat screen TV. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with a table and chairs. The bathroom is spacious with a shower, two wash basins and toilet Access to the flat is separate from the main house, and so guests can come and go when they please. Please note that is a one-time fee of $50 applies for accommodating your dog during the stay.

A modern home located 5 minutes walk from Grange beach , hotel, cafes & restaurants . It has high ceilings throughout the house with a large living area that opens out into the alfresco area. There is a train or bus takes you into the city & it's a short walk to Henley square which has lots of eaterys. There is a nice outdoor area to enjoy and a laneway entrance, where you can park two cars comfortably in the double garage. I have recently upgraded to Telstra premuim wifi in Oct 2022.

The Nook is the sweetest little cottage built around 1870 in the original Glenelg village and just a short walk to the white sands of Glenelg beach and cafes. Recently refurbished, the cottage is white and light and full of charm. You will be so comfortable you will wish you had booked for a longer stay. The Nook awaits to greet you!
