Du 1er balcon , montagnes visibles et de l'autre , la plage et la mer(à 1,5 km à pied). En bordure d'une rue peu passante et ombragée . Près du pays voisin (3km marche pour Irun ou sinon petit bateau pour atteindre Fontarabie en 2mn, topo pour St Sébastien). On entre dans l'été indien ,soleil et températures douces

Je loue une maison coquette de 90m² avec jardin à Hendaye. Elle est située dans un quartier pavillonnaire tranquille, à 5 kms de la plage. A 50 mts, vous disposez d’un arrêt de bus et d'une piste cyclable pour aller à la plage. Vous avez des commerces à proximité, LDL, boulangerie... Elle dispose de 3 chambres á l' étage, ( escalier de 15 marches) de 2 salles de bain avec douche. Un salon, séjour, une cuisine, une véranda qui donne sur le jardin, 2 places de parking gratuites.

Bayonne railway station at 10min, airport at 20min. Bus to Bayonne, Biarritz and beaches. Quiet, ideally located, close to all shops, cinema and restaurants (- 3min by car). La casita de Hendaya

Villa unifamiliar duplex al estilo vasco-francés en urbanización con piscina comunitaria. Acceso desde el aparcamiento cerrado y privado. Salón/cocina, con televisión y sofá cama, y terraza de 30 metros (orientación sur) para tomar el sol y disfrutar de una buena barbacoa en familia!. También juegos de mesa y películas. Mientras, en la planta de arriba, dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, una de ellas con desván, con cama doble. También el baño completo con bañera.

Jolie petite maison avec terrasse, située à Bayonne quartier saint Etienne, proche du centre ville et de la gare (10 min à pied). La maison se trouve à proximité des nombreux commerces (centre commercial, boulangerie, pharmacie, centre médical). La plage est accessible en 15 minutes en voiture. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement. Arrêt de bus à 500 mètres. Chateau de Caradoc à 500 mètres avec grand parc et aire de jeux pour enfants.
