Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

We are a small 1950s motel in a tranquil setting. You drive up to your room. We offer breakfast, housekeeping, and have guest laundry and vending and ice. Every room has a frig, microwave, coffee and tea service, and bath amenities. We offer suites with kitchenettes but these you book directly with us. You have to be 21 to rent a room, we are no pet-friendly, and 100% non-smoking. There are places to smoke. Office is open 6am-10pm. You can check-in after, just let us know.

A wonderful partial view of the ocean can be seen from the large bay window in Room One hundred fourteen. Decorated in soft pastels and spacious enough to accommodate four guests comfortably in two queen beds. All rooms in the B&B part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat and are non-smoking. Breakfast is included May through October only.

All rooms are decorated in garden themes. This quaint room in the bed and breakfast includes one queen sized bed and has a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view of the Nantucket Sound. It sleeps two comfortably and is located on the third floor of the inn. No elevator.
