Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

Selden Standard across the street. 10 min ride to Downtown on QLINE streetcar. MoGo bike rental 1 block away. Gigabit speed Internet. Sonos in wall speakers. Deeply cleaned by local Latina owned + operated crew between guests.

The Pingree of Piety Hill_Home # 1

Come stay at our preserved 1912 lower flat, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. You'll have a private space in a detached historic carriage house, sharing a yard with the host. We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. Private, secured parking is available for 1 car. Families are welcome, as are pets. We recommend families 3+ contact us before booking to ensure the space will work for you.

This PS Grand Getaways location is an ADULTS-ONLY vacation home. We call it our "Staycation Grand". This IS NOT A PARTY HOME. Please rent a hall if needed. 10 persons max. This cozy home with a keypad gated driveway is only 10 Minutes from Downtown Detroit! It is ideal for MATURE couples or adults that need a place to get away and catch some staycation vibes! Enjoy the Detached, Heated/Airconditioned Entertainment Garage with a Hot Tub, and the firepit and Zen garden in the backyard!

Welcome to Trinity House, your home away from home! Kick back and relax in this calm, comfortable, and decorative space. Originally a Habitat for Humanity home recently renovated. Located in community of Core City, neighboring the historic Corktown and Mexicantown. View the newly restored MI Central Train Station which has a gorgeous green space "Roosevelt Park" which includes a 13 acre frontage with paths for walking, biking, and even lounge spaces to sit back and enjoy.

Renovated 1200 ft2 historic 1880's home with plenty of charm, beautifully restored woodwork, and hardwood floors, located in the heart of Midtown. Walking distance from restaurants, independent shops, and local nightlife in the historic Willis-Canfield retail district. Our 3 bedroom listing has an additional guest fee after the first 2 guests on the reservation. This fee covers the additional housekeeping of bedrooms, linens, and towels needed for larger groups.

We are centrally located to most everything in the metro Detroit area. You will have the entire home to yourself with access to the entire first floor. The house is very cozy and set up for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has most everything you need. (Utensils, coffee maker, French press, grinder, tea kettle, tea, condiments, microwave, a toaster oven...) And towels and soap are provided as well. We welcome you to our vintage charmer.
