Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

This wonderful 2 bedroom unit with retro style kitchen is located minutes from Wayne State University and all the amazing events, activities, restaurants and bars that the City of Detroit has to offer! You will be within about 2 miles from the best that Detroit has to offer. We can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably, making it the perfect rental for a quick getaway to the city! There is access to the back deck and fire pit in the (shared) fenced back yard for enjoying a relaxing evening.

Come stay at our preserved 1912 lower flat, furnished with Detroit-honored art & literature throughout, and enriched with craftsman character & contemporary charm. Found in the peaceful Piety Hill neighborhood, so unfortunately we do NOT allow gatherings of more than 15 persons. This is a 2-family home, but ONLY YOU will have full access to the entire 1st floor and basement level of this property. The 2nd floor home will NOT be occupied during your stay; just maintenance and cleaning staff.

This listing is for a private, lower-level, studio apartment. It has its own entrance, living area, kitchenette (hot plate, microwave, kettle, fridge, sink) and bathroom. The apartment is located in Woodbridge, a residential, quiet and safe neighborhood, about 1.5 miles from Downtown/Midtown.

The house is very cozy and set up for a relaxing stay. The kitchen has most everything you need.
