Waterfront with pier, dock, our home and grounds are nestled on a secluded salt marsh tidal creek between the Intracoastal Waterway and Run of Little Creek tidal creek and across from Eagle Point Golf Club. Enjoy kayaking, fishing and crabbing for fun. Bicycle and walk on our quiet, dead-end street. Privacy and nature, yet with nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, golf, boating opportunities. Nearby is the historic city of Wilmington on the Cape Fear River. Parties and events are not allowed.

On Island Time

Beautifully located duplex in the tree lined Harbor Island community of Wrightsville Beach. Amazing view of Banks Channel from the top floor porch/sunroom along with the back door stunning sunset view over the marsh and elementary school. Enjoy riding our bikes, paddling on provided kayaks in Banks Channel across the street, a jog around the famous 2.5 mi loop, or a fun day at the beach! Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream

Stay & Play: The Pickleball Place

Ever want to vacation to the beach with your own private pickleball court? Look no further! This fully renovated ranch house is less than 1 mile from Mayfaire shopping, less than 5 miles to Wrightsville beach, and less than 10 miles from Historic downtown. Great for families and get togethers. "The Pickleball Place" boasts a remodeled kitchen, living room, laundry room, three bedrooms, and bonus room. Spacious enclosed yard for pets in the back! Did I mention a regulation sized pickleball court?

The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Eclectic Tiny Home Hot Tub Nights Poolside Morning

Note: There are 2 tiny homes on this property, Each tiny home has their own side yard with Private hot tub, but the back yard, with the pool, is shared with both tiny homes. Early Check in at 12pm May be available for an extra $35 Or Late check out at 12 for an extra $35 Please message me to see if thats availble. From November 1st to February 28th, Pool is just too cold to use, The cleaning routine changes from twice a week to once a month. But you can still enjoy the hot tub all year!

Drive to Wilmington (20 miles) and take in a show at the historic Thalian Hall, tour The Battleship North Carolina, stroll through beautiful Airlie Gardens and visit countless shops and restaurants!

Bring the family and enjoy life at the beach in this 2nd row home on the intercoastal waterway! After a long day soaking up the sun, rinse off using the full outdoor bathroom then cook up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Or use the large outdoor prep area and fire up the gas grill to make your favorite BBQ meal.

Our beautiful cottage comfortably sleeps six. Spacious deck highlights the amazing oceanfront views. Spacious gathering room and all stainless appliances. Beds made and linens/towels provided for each guest. Huge back porch boasts outdoor dining area, adirondack chairs, outdoor shower and private beach access. Stays include linens (sheets, bath towels and beach towels). Beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and Shibumi Shade are all available for your stay as well!

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
