This self-contained unit is an annex to our own house so we are available to welcome you, offer advice or help you plan your stay. The accommodation is on 2 floors with the lounge/kitchen area, and bathroom + shower downstairs, and a large, double bedroom upstairs, 2 sofa beds + child's sofa bed. It is comfortable for 2-4 people but can sleep up to 5 people with two single sofa beds downstairs. If you need an extra bed, a double bedroom is available in the house. The Old Vicarage Coach House

The Old Vicarage Coach house was built in 1750 as part of a farmhouse. In 1860 the property was purchased as a Vicarage for the Church. Now completely refurbished it is warm, with stunning views across farmland to the Pennine hills. It has its own entrance where there is a washer dryer. Up the oak staircase to a kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven and induction hob, bathroom (shower), double bed with sofa and TV. Close to Lyme park and Peak District but 15 minutes from Manchester Airport.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac just 150m from the heart of the historic market town of Knutsford and 650m from the gates of Tatton Park. Originally constructed in the early 1800’s to accommodate officers working at the neighbouring Knutsford Courthouse. Catering for up to 6 guests, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge. Upstairs the master has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom has bunkbeds and they share a shower room.

The “Guest Studio” overlooks our garden which you are more than welcome to use in the vicinity of the “Studio”.

The Downs, Altrincham

This spacious 3 bedroom, two bathroom property (1600 sq feet/148.5 meters sq) is on the stylish Downs, right on the edge of the town. It is partly over a small quiet business (which opens 9am to 5.30 pm only) and has three double bedrooms, a large living room with log burner, a good sized kitchen and two bathrooms (including one en-suite) THE PROPERTY ACCOMMODATIONS IS OVER THREE FLOORS AND IS NOT THEREFORE IDEAL FOR THE ELDERLY, OR THOSE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES.
