Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

The Fox Den – Cozy Suite Near River: STR-234

The Fox Den is a small-but-cute suite in S. Main next to the bouldering park. It faces an actual fox den—which is how it got its name. It's a 2-minute walk to the Arkansas River, where you’ll find miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. You'll also be just a block from the South Main Square and a short stroll from the shops and restaurants of downtown BV. The Den is a completely private suite attached to a main house with a separate entrance and lockbox for convenient self-check in. STR-234

Historic Main Street Lofts (2nd floor)

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Welcome to our charming and cheerful two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Montrose! Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Mountain Hideout is a cozy 1bd. with easy access to the hot tub and ski shuttle, both just outside your door! This comfortable and quiet mountain getaway has a full sized kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and cooking necessities. If you prefer to eat out, simply take a 5 minute walk to Base area or hop on the free shuttle! The living room has a sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. Separate storage room provided for skis, bikes, and other belongings! A great bonus! No pets.

Also included a beanbag bed if you need a 4th bed. Just open it and unfold it into a bed. **Available on request a PAC N PLAY & highchair. This is a duplex style with no shared spaces.
