A beautiful 1 bedroom Pool House located on a peaceful street in Gunnedah. Located behind the main house, you will have direct access to and from the property with unlimited use to the Magnesium pool throughout the duration of your stay. Four legged friends are invited to stay on request. The yard is very secure with two gates between the backyard and the street. We have 2 Dachshunds on the property that we keep separated with any fury friends unless you are happy with your pets to meet ours!

Inside, you will find 5 bedrooms consisting of 1 King size bed, 2 Queen size beds, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Two additional single beds on the enclosed back veranda are also available. Leave your car parked at the rear of the house and you can walk to the main street to visit the cafes, pubs and parks. This home is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
