The River Lodge sits on a peaceful 5 acres on the banks of the Mississippi River featuring three levels with 7 bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas in the loft and game room, making it possible to fit up to 22 guests. The great room provides a large gathering space, perfect for reunions and retreats. With 3 additional living rooms all with smart TVs, 5 bathrooms, a game room with ping pong, several outdoor sitting areas, a beautiful fire pit patio and lawn games to enjoy, there's fun for all!

It shares a 4-acre wooded lot with a 1 bd/1 ba cabin (rented separately) and tennis court, outdoor sauna & hot tub, stretching/exercise room, & walking trail. One bed is king-sized, one is a full. Plus there's a futon in the living room. A one-room bunk house (3 bunks) available to rent, too. Downtown Nisswa & Paul Bunyan Trail just 1 mile away. DOG FRIENDLY! Try out the snow shoes, kayaks, or drive 10 minutes to Cuyuna Rec Biking trails and the cute town of Crosby with many fun restaurants and shops to choose from.

Bonnies Bungalow (and bunk room!)

Beautiful lake home on North Long Lake in Brainerd. Close proximity to Brainerd International Raceway. Great for race weekends! Wonderful lake with a shallow and sandy shore. Everything is brand new in this space. Perfect for families and friends! Please note that due to winter conditions the plumbing/bathroom/kitchenette in the bunk house is unavailable. The main cabin plumbing is available year round.
