The home is only about a 15 minute drive to the sugar sand beaches in Pensacola, 2 minutes to get onto I-110, and 5 minutes from vibrant downtown Pensacola where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and local shops! Located in beautiful Morgantown neighborhood which includes 3 private beach access boardwalks and 1 public beach boardwalk. Also we have a golf cart parking area by one boardwalk and parking area by public board walk. Cook in our well stocked kitchen. Enjoy those beautiful sunsets. Nature trails , marina close by, wildlife. Short walk to beach on roads with little traffic.
