Sarratt has 3 x pubs with restaurants, a village store, Post Office all within a 5-10 min walk. On the edge of the Chilterns with stunning walks, it is a 15-20 min drive to Leavesden studios and Harry Potter World.

The Quadrangle is a beautifully converted Victorian farmstead able to accommodate groups of 12+ for holidays, retreats, workshops, film shoots and more, just 40 minutes from London. It features beautiful gardens and a woodland orchard, a grand barn and open-plan living spaces, two well-equipped kitchens, two dormitories, four separate bedrooms and river for wild swimming. Please note we have close neighbours so can't host parties or weddings.

Access to swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and snooker included in price. Unfortunately leisure facilities are currently unavailable during the lockdown. A few minutes walk from the DLR.
