This tiny house in a tiny western Kansas town offers rest and relaxation. Arrive early to enjoy a beautiful western Kansas sunset and sleep peacefully! This house was built by my high school students and I at Ness City High School. There is a concrete patio with a fire pit to enjoy the evening. Our neighbors to the west often have calves and the neighbors to the north horses in their pasture. Coming so will be a small laundromat to the south of the tiny house. Come be our guest!

The home has a smart lock on the back door for entry. Parking can be found through the alley with a 2 car carport.

Spacious house near Hutchinson (10 miles) with 4 bedrooms, 2 newly remodeled full baths, well-equipped kitchen and dining areas. Quiet location off the main road but easy access to town.
