Located just adjacent to our home on 200 acres, our guesthouse is a remodeled 3 bed/2 bath home with full kitchen and beautiful views of the Spanish Peaks (Wahatoya) from the deck. We are located just 7 miles off I-25 Walsenburg exit 49 with plenty of privacy and room to slow down and relax! We welcome guests of all backgrounds and your well behaved canine friends too. River Bluff Cottage

French doors open on to a deck overlooking a pond and back yard. This studio is attached to our home, but has a private entrance, fully stocked kitchen and bath. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes from town, the Arkansas River, and trails. A great place to stay while whitewater rafting the Royal Gorge, mtn biking, climbing, or just want to take in a meal downtown and relax on the private deck. The studio offers a queen size bed and a small couch that folds out into a bed.

This property is nestled in Greenhorn valley, right under the shadow of the mountain. Seeing wild deer, turkeys, foxes and other wildlife native to the mountain wilderness is a daily occurrence. Our simple but charming cottage provides the perfect jumping point to a vast array of trails, lakes, and points of interest. You can bring your dogs per request(No cats) as there is huge fenced dog yard. A photographers dream and a nature lovers retreat.

Inside allows for a stunning view with floor to ceiling windows. The location offers solitude yet is only a short drive to town and to the trailheads. The cabin has Starlink for Wi-Fi. The Matterhorn Vista has been permitted by the county.
