We have a huge yard with a fire pit to relax by, corn hole and hillbilly golf already set up. Plenty of room to park your boat.Grand Rivers has something for everyone.

This home is clean and fully equipped featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, washer and dryer, full size and well stocked kitchen, 50 inch flat screen Smart TV, and wi-fi. The deck is the perfect place to watch the river flow by and feel your cares begin to drift away. Located 3.3 mils from I-24- it's peaceful & convenient.

It is one bedroom apartment in the basement of our home, with no cleaning fee because we want you to treat it as you would your home. There is a separate entrance and access to 26 acres of hills and trees. We have two horses on the property and feed from anywhere 3 to 15 deer each evening. We are 4.2 miles from I-24 and 7 miles from Kentucky lake, Patti's, Turtle Bay and the marina. Full kitchen available and beautiful sunsets. It is beautiful, words cannot do it justice.
