Just over 2 miles to the Lunch Loops trailhead, hiking in the scenic Colorado National Monument, and Redlands Mesa golf course. When you're not out exploring and enjoying all the area has to offer, relax by the heated pool and/or the hot tub. Inside, you'll find 2 living areas, a ping pong and foosball table, board games and books, and plenty of seating.

Bookcliff Ranch Casita

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

The Grant House

Private getaway for the entire family! Pool, sauna, movie room, gated entry, 9+ acres, 4 bedrooms plus an office with Murphy bed. Huge patio that overlooks the pool. This home really has everything you need for an amazing vacation! Pool is closed Nov- March of each year. If you would like the pool heated, there will be an extra charge of $150. Extra fees do apply for any guests greater than 4 people. Events are allowed with separate fees. Please message host for more info.
