The large driveway provides ample off street parking. There is a dedicated office space for the traveling professional and an expanded kitchenette equipped with convection oven, 2 burner hot plate, crockpot, mini fridge, and microwave. Indoor parking and shop space not included. Pet fee does apply so add your pets to the reservation!

This building is located just off Columbia Road 4 blocks and is very close to Altru Hospital (4 min drive) and also close to UND (about 7 min drive). There is a small patio with a small grill.
