The villa has four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful swimming pool. It's located just a short stroll away from the main city square and numerous restaurants. The open-living concept creates a wonderful, intimate atmosphere, connecting all guests both inside and outside, which is especially appreciated by families with kids.

Stay in our charming 4-bedroom colonial home, a peaceful oasis near the best restaurants in town. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom with a hot water shower. Facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a swimming pool, and beautiful patios and sitting areas. Enjoy complimentary maid service (3 times weekly). We are two blocks from restaurants, the Convento San Francisco, the main square, and the Calle Calzada tourist street.

Casita Café, a little lake cabin for couples in love. A stunning lakefront on the Laguna de Apoyo. Feel full comfort even in the middle of the wilderness. Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.
