Several spacious sandy beaches are located 100 m down the house as well as other varied beaches such as smaller, rocky, intimate ones. Right next to the nearest beach is a promenade by the sea with a beautiful view which leads to the center of the old town of Rab. As well, nearby are numerous facilities such as beach bars, restaurants, massages, ATM, bakeries, a food store, shops, taxy boots and some of sports for adults and children, such as every morning free exercises with a trainer in the sea, children's parks and organized outdoor playgrounds, pedal boats, kayaks and similar facilities.

"D" house - ground floor house with garden

“D” house is easiest to describe with three words: simple, bright and natural. Ground floor house of 80m2 + 20m2 covered terrace + 600m2 garden It consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room + kitchen. In one bedroom there is a double bed 180 cm wide and in the other room there is a bunk bed with the lower double bed (width 140 cm), the living room has a sofa bed The kitchen and living room are in a modern rustic style with sea motives. The whole area is air conditioned.

Apartman BRANKA smješten je na otoku Rabu na samo 10 minuta šetnje od stare gradske jezgre i na samo 300 metara od plaže, kafića, trgovina, restorana, ACY marine. U sklopu objekta gostima je na raspolaganju besplatan pristup internetu i besplatno parkiralište. Apartman uključuje TV sa satelitskim programom, kompletno opremljenu kuhinju, blagovaonu, klima uređaj i terasu sa kaminom. Trajektna luka nalazi se na 7 km. a pristanište za katamaran na 700 metara od objekta.

Naša obiteljska kuća nalazi se na samoj pješčanoj plaži, pogled soba, apartmana i restorana je čaroban, predivan pogled na more, barke i uvale. Sobe nude privatan balkon, klimu, mini bar, tv, besplatni bežični internet. U našem obiteljskom restoranu nudimo domaća jela, svježe ulovljenu ribu koju lovimo svakoga dana obiteljskim ribarskim brodom. Apartman je s predivnim pogledom na more, privatnim balkonom. U našem obiteljskom domu osjećati ćete se toplo i ugodno!

U posjedu sam 2 apartmana: jedan u prizemlju ima 2 sobe i jedna manja sobica ukupno pet ležaja+ jedan pomoćni ležaj. Na katu je drugi apartman s dvije spavače sobe s po dva ležaja. Blizina mora je 150 metara. Posjedujemo parking za aute. Svaki apartman ima terasu.
