The town's beach, only a 10-min walk away, offers activities like beach volleyball, scuba diving, jet skiing, and parachute gliding. Unwind at the beach bar with music and refreshing cocktails. The apartment is located in the eastern part of New Vinodolski, quiet and green, about 800 m from the center and 150 m from the sea. Situated on the second floor of the house, fully equipped, with a large balcony with a view of the slopes of Velebit, Senj chanell and the entire east coast of the island Krk. The interior consists of a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms and three comfortable bedrooms with seven beds (total 100 m2 balcony 15 m2).

It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Apartman je udaljen 120 metara od plaže i predivnog parka (2 minute hoda). Apartman je u mirnom dijelu grada okružen zelenilom. Centar je udaljen 700 metara. Imamo privatan parking ispred kuće. Apartman se sastoji od dvije sobe, dvije kupaone, potpuno opremljene kuhinje zajedno s dnevnim boravkom i velike terase s upotrebom roštilja. Apartman je idealan za dva para ili obitelj s 2-3 djece.
