U okviru obiteljske kuće nudimo dva apartmana.U velikom apartmanu koji se nalazi na drugom katu obiteljske kuće nudimo smještaj za osam osoba. Sve sobe imaju zaseban balkon s kojeg se pruža jedinstven pogled na luku Malog Lošinja. U sklopu apartmana nalazi se i prostrana terasa koja pruža mogućnost mirnog doručka ili večere na otvorenom prostoru. Manji apartman nalazi se u prizemlju obiteljske kuće i pruža smještaj za četiri osobe. Kuća je u blizini centra ,a do uređene plaže je pet minuta hoda.

Dear guests, Holiday house "Annamaria" of 70 m2 is located in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Losinj, named "Lučica". Surrounded by fragrant healing plants, it is a perfect place of peace and quiet. The parking place is located 50 m from the house, and the house is located in first row to the sea, only 20 m away. This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

There are no other buildings or roads nearby so you can only hear the birds singing and find the peace lost in everyday life. On the second flooor there are two bedrooms. .

This charming house is located in the center of Veli Lošinj. It consists of two double bedrooms, kitchen and living room, bathroom and terrace. On the ground floor there is a terrace, on the first floor there is a living room and a kitchen, and on the second floor there are bedrooms and bathrooms. The house has access to the car and its private parking is approx. 100m from the house.
