The house is nestled in a peaceful bay, offering a retreat from city life. Surrounded by nature and olive groves, it's perfect for those seeking tranquillity. The house runs on solar power, so guests are asked to be mindful of electricity use. Water is drinkable, and warm water is provided by solar panels or a gas boiler. The house has three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom, and an enclosed terrace. The beach is 50m away, with a small dock, two SUPs, and sun loungers.

Villa Lavanda is located in Kandija bay, next to Artatore bay, 8 km from Mali Losinj. It is situated in front of the sea, in middle of pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation. The beach (80 m) is mostly rocky, with some small pebble parts. Because of the sandy sea bottom, the sea in Kandija has a fabulous turquoise blue colour. Here you can enjoy the nature, the stars in the evening, the birthsong, the scents of Mediterranean herbs and the view on Lošinj bay
