Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Apartman Mila potpuno je novi apartman, nalazi se u ekskluzivnoj rezidencijalnoj četvrti grada Krka. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
