Enjoy fishing and kayaking with public access across the bridge. Grill is also available upon request. The kitchenette is fully equipped for your cooking needs and stocked with light snacks to enjoy during your stay. As the owners, we live downstairs and are available if needed. Though we share the same building, your privacy is our top priority.

3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for the family, centrally located to Black Lake, Alex Bay and Clayton attractions. Originally built in the early 1900s with several updates. AC, WiFi, smart tvs in each bedroom and the living room. A spacious kitchen with all basic cooking essentials, a regular coffee pot and a keurig. A full bath on the first floor has a deep soaking tub with shower. The half bath is located on the second floor with the bedrooms. There is a full dining room that can seat eight at the table along with an eat in, fully equipped kitchen.
