Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat

The Pensacola Lighthouse Retreat is our second Airbnb in Pensacola. We enjoyed hosting so much that we bought a 1927 Tudor cottage in the East Hill area of Pensacola, renovated and decorated it with lighthouses from around the US featuring the Pensacola Lighthouse. The cottage is 1000 square feet with a modern floor plan in the living space with enough room for larger families or two families. Two bedrooms, one bath, and lots of outdoor space, including a shower will accommodate larger groups.

Friendly, safe downtown location. New & clean 2nd story garage studio apartment with full kitchen & washer/dryer. Five blocks from downtown Pensacola’s main corridor. Palafox Street, restaurants, bars & shopping are a walkable 12 minutes(1/2 mile). Both NAS Pensacola & Pensacola Beach are a 15 min drive. This location offers quick access to festivals, parades, Blue Angel shows, Pensacon & the Blue Wahoo’s Stadium. Rest up for the McGuire’s or Double Bridge runs. Free parking. NO SMOKING!

The Rooftop Loft of Barcelona

A former artist studio converted to a comfortable retreat space in the North Hill neighborhood of Pensacola. Within a mile of Downtown Pensacola... the location is tough to beat! This cozy space is perfect for two, and is high up overlooking the treetops and rooftops of historic Pensacola. The high ceilings make the loft feel spacious, and the large windows fill the space with natural light. ***We do make a special request that guests walk softly after 10:00pm (we sleep below 😴). ***

North Hill Guesthouse

This small but cute guesthouse, repainted and its floors refinished in December 2024, is a five-minute drive from downtown Pensacola, the double A baseball stadium on Pensacola Bay, and a host of restaurants and bars. It is also 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach and the beautiful Gulf Coast. The guesthouse is a separate structure, located in a semi-tropical garden, that affords lots of privacy and quiet in the historical North Hill neighborhood that is ideal for long walks.

While attached to the main house, the guest suite is its own private space, with a separate entrance, temperature control, driveway parking for 2 and room for a small boat. We’ll do anything to make your stay great!

The Fish House is a brand new East Hill getaway. Close to airport, downtown and Pensacola Beach! It is also a short walk to East Hill Wine Bar, Alga Brewery, jitterbug coffee shop and popular J’s bakery. While attached to the main house, this guest suite is completely private with it’s own entrance, driveway parking and patio area. As new hosts in the area, we are excited to make your visit to Pensacola as enjoyable as possible!

East Hill Bungalow

The bungalow is situated in the charming East Hill area. You’ll find several locations outside the door on 12th Ave, including Jitterbug Coffee House, East Hill Pizza Company, J’s Bakery, Wisteria Bar & Publix. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood at night on the back deck. Just behind the house is ALGA Beer Company, a new local brewery, as well as Brown Bagger food truck, a gourmet hamburger outlet.
