This spacious in-law suite is great for families/ groups with 1,800 sq ft of space. We are 5 mins from Golden, 15 mins to Red Rocks Amphitheater, and 20 mins to Denver, Boulder. Features: Hot tub, fire pit, gas grill. We also have a new large flagstone patio with seating at the top of our backyard overlooking the Rockies! See pics!
