Urige Almhütte (Aste) in Tirol mitten am Berg

Zu vermieten ist eine urige, abgelegene Almhütte (Aste), fast 400 Jahre alt, in etwa 1300 Meter Seehöhe. Sie liegt in Nordtirol, im Süden des Inntals in der Silberregion Karwendel am Fuße der Tuxer Alpen mit dem Gilfert, Hirzer und Wildofen. Eine phantastische Aussicht entschädigt den einfachen Standard ohne Badezimmer. Die Südwest-Lage ist Ausgangspunkt für herrliche Bergwanderungen in der Silberregion Karwendel oder für Skitouren in das legendäre Gebiet um den Gilfert im Westen des Zillertals.

Berghütte auf 1000m mit Saunanutzung am Südhang

Zur alleinigen Nutzung bieten wir unsere rund 200 Jahre alte, kernsanierte Hütte an. Hier trifft alpine Gemütlichkeit auf Moderne. Ob Sommer oder Winter, diese stilvolle Hütte bietet auf rund 50 Quadratmetern die perfekte Unterkunft für vier Personen. Sie befindet sich in sonniger Hanglage. Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Almhütte Hausberger

100 Jahre altes Blockhaus, welches 2008 im Nachbardorf abgerissen und bei uns am Bio-Bergbauernhof wieder aufgebaut wurde. Dabei wurde besondere Sorgfalt auf die Verwendung natürlicher Baustoffe (Schilf, Lehmputz, Altholz) gelegt. Als Dacheindeckung dienen traditionelle Lärchenschindeln. Das Haus wird über einen großen Küchenherd und eine thermische Solaranlage geheizt, das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung. Das heimelige kleine Haus (75 m²) diente uns 10 Jahre lang als Wohnsitz.

Chalet Alpenblick

Unser Chalet befindet sich in ruhiger, idyllischer, sonniger Lage in Kirchberg. Vom Zentrum ca. 6 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Rustikale dennoch gemütliche „Häuschen“ verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein weiteres Schlafzimmer befindet sich auf der Galerie, sowie ein Heubett, Wellnessraum mit Fitnessgeräten, Skiraum, Abstellraum für Sportequipment. Überdachte Garage sind vorhanden. Eine Terrasse mit Liegefläche und ein herrlicher Ausblick über sämtliche Berge lässt so manche Herzen höher schlagen.

Behaglich und modern ausgestattete Parterrewohnung mit 55m2 in einem repräsentativen Jugendstilhaus aus dem Jahre 1909 . Die abgeschlossene Wohnung hat ein separates Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen mit einem Massivholzbett 160x200cm aus geölter Eiche einer der besten Matratzen , die die Stiftung Warentest je getestet hat! Zur Einstimmung auf unsere Gegend steht für jeden Erwachsenen ein regionales Bier im Kühlschrank. Kein Speiseöl vorhanden. Im Innenhof stehen Dir Gartenmöbel zur Verfügung.

Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.
