We are a fully self contained guest unit on 4hecters of farmland that has animals including lambs, chooks and pet dogs. This private unit is an easy ten minute drive from the city centre of sunny Gisborne. It is perfect for a couple who want a weekend away to experience what the East Coast has to offer including our delicious wineries, stunning beaches and coastline, all a short drive away. There is always something to do here from surfing, to local arts and crafts, fly fishing and hiking.

Compact, well-designed 20m² open-plan space with a private ensuite, offering comfort and convenience. Plush queen bed, kitchenette, heat pump/air-conditioning, and Smart TV with Sky & Netflix. Quiet, landscaped setting just minutes from town. Free WiFi, easy off-street parking, plus access to shared laundry, BBQ, and saltwater pool. Clean, simple, and reliable.

Magnolia Cottage

Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

THE BOARDROOM CHALET

The Boardroom chalet its a bright and modern 2 bedrrom unit amongst a beautiful garden. Wake up to the sound of the tuis playing in the trees! A short 5 min walk to the famous Stock route beach break at Wainui Beach, you'll also pass Zepher store on the way perfect for coffee and takeaways. There is plenty of room to roam around if you have kids and also a trampoline and tree house. The chalet is also set behind The Boardroom surf shop where LOST surfboards are produced.

Stanford Retreat

Bring everyone together at a spacious Gisborne retreat designed for families and groups. Sleeping 16+ guests across 6 bedrooms and 2 cabins, the property has a large pool, spa, 3 bathrooms and expansive outdoor entertaining area, two living areas, and plenty of off-street parking. Spend summer days around the pool, evenings by the outdoor gas fire, and enjoy the space to relax together without feeling crowded. Extra single foam mattresses available on request.

Super three bedroom house

Lovely three bedroom home with great back yard and pool to keep everyone happy in the Gisborne summer. Please note the pool is not in use from May to Labour weekend in October. Everything you need to relax and unwind. Plenty of off street parking for cars and down a private drive. You will not be disappointed with this easy care house. The pool is available from November to April.

Cozy Cabin

A new portable tiny house/cabin with ensuite and sink/food prep area (please note there is a kettle, toaster and microwave but no cooking elements). Measuring 3x6 meters it’s the perfect little place to rest and relax. Located on a stunning rural property only 1km from Wainui beach, which can be easily walked to on the fully concrete cycleway. It is also only 3 mins to the CBD.

Guest wing at Sponge Bay

Single storey guest wing in a sheltered, established garden a stones throw from Sponge Bay. Private and secluded the guest wing has its own terrace, entrance and parking at the front of the house. There is a 12 metre teardrop swimming pool set in its own private garden for guest use. Enjoy the birdlife and rural aspect with all the advantages of being close to town and beaches.
