Wainui Beachfront - 3 Bedroom House

Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. There is a deck out front with a lounge area to capture the Sea view & sunrise. Its the perfect location to relax and enjoy one of the best beaches NZ has to offer. *Please read other notes

Kowhai Ranch 2

Kowhai Ranch has everything you need for a cozy getaway. The two cabins are on a 1ha block of ex-farming paddock, now converted to a native tree nursery. The cabins are only a 5 minute walk to the beach, Wainui surf club, or our local dairy. The cabins are self sufficient with solar power/battery banks while still grid tied for reliability. Rain water and Starlink internet complete our self-reliance. One cabin is a 4.8m x 3m bedroom, and the other 6.8m x 3m kitchen/living/bathroom.

Wheatstone Studio

Our modern, architecturally designed detached studio is the perfect accommodation for couples or individuals looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Kick back and relax in this warm and comfortable beachfront studio apartment for two at beautiful Makorori Beach, where the sand is less than 50 metres from your front door. Beachfront, centrally located, a fifteen minute walk on the boardwalk to CBD. 1-13 minute walk/drive to 10 of the best surf breaks on the East Coast. Beautiful, fully equipped apartments that sleep between 1-6 guests. First floor apartments have sea views and balconies. Ground floor apartments have views and patios from which to sit and enjoy them. From our location it is a brief walk to bars and restrauants located around the habour and along the beachfront.

The space is suitable for couple wanting a quiet getaway with separate entrance to the family home. 1 min walk to 1 of nz’s best surf beaches and short drive to others beautiful beaches/surf breaks and Gisborne Town .

Lovely three bedroom home with great back yard and pool to keep everyone happy in the Gisborne summer. Please note the pool is not in use from May to Labour weekend in October. Everything you need to relax and unwind. Plenty of off street parking for cars and down a private drive. You will not be disappointed with this easy care house.
