Guests can use the services of the area for free : swimming pool 15m *7 m, tennis court, ping pong, playground, parking. The space is monitored by a camera system and there is a doorman in the morning. Simply self check in system with codes. Car is recommended! (🦶 Foot way from Germignana center is more that 20min uphill without sidewalk☝️)

Relax in beautiful and scenic Italy. Our humble studio apartment offers expansive views of Lago Maggiore and mountains. The area is quiet and peaceful. Private lake access is a 10 minute walk. If you'd like to walk to Stresa, we recommend first driving 3 minutes and starting up the hill (23 min total / avoids steps). Please note: You will have to walk through our upstairs living room (8m distance total) while we wait for approvals to build external stairs.
