Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

In 2023 my son Guglielmo and I decided to restore the old oratory of a church from the 1600s by creating a two floor apartment: upstairs we have 2 bedrooms equipped with AC and 2 en-suite bathrooms with shower; downstairs a spacious living room with stereo Available a table outside with great view and a nice garden 50 mt away where to have a private wine tasting for all the guests of our 4 apartments We can organize barbecue with paired wines after 7 pm. Large free parking area 100 mt away

Un luogo meraviglioso dove trascorrere alcuni giorni in piacevole compagnia. Un ampio salone con camino dove rilassarsi al rientro da bellissime passeggiate, giri in bicicletta, ed escursioni. L'appartamento indipendente si trova a 15km da Siena, 20 km dai centri Termali e a 40 minuti dai borghi di san Gimignano e Monteriggioni. Nel complesso è presente un'azienda agricola che produce vini e olio con la possibilità di visite guidate e degustazione dei nostri prodotti con cene a tema.

È molto accogliente e dispone di tutti i più moderni servizi. We invite you in the heart of Chianti area. Poggio Casabianca is a little family homestead located in the Chianti Classico region exactly in the hearth of Tuscany. The owners live here and they offer at their guests an apartment with a big living room-kitchen with a big door that open directly to the garden, a bathroom with shower and a confortable doublebed room. Outside in the garden ther is a pool, shared with the owner, where you can refreshing and relaxing during the summer.

La Loggia

Country house located in Radda, the heart of the Chianti, within walking distance from the historical center and other services such as; Coffee shops, Post Office,grocery stores and restaurants. The house is composed of a full equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, loggia and bathroom. The property is surrounded by a garden and there is a nice wooden table in the garden to eat in an open space and another lounge spot to enjoy the magnificent landscape.

Il Nido - un romantico focolare

Lui non esisteva, è stato ricavato in un angolo della grande casa in cui chissà quante persone della stessa famiglia vivevano. Per questo è diventato il nostro piccolo Nido, la casa da cui partire per scoprire il borgo. Non un piano ma addirittura due, con tanto cotto, legno e colori caldi.

Appartamento in Villa panoramica tra Firenze e Siena, nel cuore del Chianti, in un borgo incantevole. Piscina aperta da maggio a fine settembre. Dal 2026 la piscina sarà aperta dalle ore 9 alle 13 con utilizzo esclusivo per gli ospiti in questo orario.
