Recently renovated 60 square meters situated in a quiet neighborhood but conveniently connected to public transport. The tram station is not more than 5 minutes away on foot. It will take you to Nuremberg main station in 17 minutes where you could easily connect to the underground - ideally for Nuremberg Messe. The highway is close by, too. The flat is equipped with all necessities you need for a pleasant stay. It has a separate entrance + porch. Breakfast available on request (6 Euros each).

coole Wohnung in einem coolen Haus mit super Nachbarn. gut gelegen mit supermarkt 5 Minuten entfernt... zur Ubahn auch 5 Minuten zu Fuß... die Wohnung hat 105 qm, ein Schlafzimmer und ein ankleidezimmer in der ein Sofa zum ausklappen ist ... also für 4 Personen kein Problem ☺️... zur Messe sind es mit der Ubahn 20 Minuten .. und der kühlschrank ist bei Ankunft gefüllt mit Bier und Snacks 👌 ich werde bei Ankunft und Abreise da sein und alles erklären .. ich freue mich auf Dich/ Euch

This apartment (approx. 11 m²) offers plenty of space and is located on a quiet street. It features a fitted kitchen and a balcony. The S-Bahn station is right on the doorstep, providing a 20–25 minute commute to the trade fair (3 trains per hour, running every 20 minutes).
