The bedroom (bed 2m long), rainforest shower, AC, SmartTV, glassed terrace, kitchenette, Weber gas grill. Our house is very quiet and private right on the edge of the center on Tarmac road/free parking.

It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

This property has be lovingly restored by it's artist owners who live locally. This historic property is over 100 years old and built on foundations from the 1600s. While front door access is from the main street, all windows overlook the peaceful botanic gardens. Enjoy views of the countryside and a glimpse of the sparkling sea from the small private terrace.

This house is located in the Andalusian mountain village of El Acebuchal, in the heart of the Sierra Almijara. It is 45' from Malaga&Granada, 20' from the beaches of Nerja and 15' to Frigiliana.
