This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

Our large penthouse is spread over 3 floors, with lots of light, and 3 terraces to enjoy fresh air and Berlin views. The main floor is a 75sqm open space with the kitchen, breakfast, dining and, living areas, as well as a second bathroom. Kick back and relax in front of the fireplace, or start up the home cinema and enjoy a movie. The lower floor has 3 main bedrooms, a large new bathroom and a second entrance to the apartment. The mezzanine includes a double bed, small lounge and a work area.
