Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Kröten und Frösche sowie sommerlicher Treffpunkt und Naturbadeplatz für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

The 45qm-appartment (2 rooms) is centrally located in a quiet street in Freiburg-Betzenhausen. Both rooms has an access to the balcony with black-forest-view. Nearby you find a big shopping center. You can reach the central station oder downtown on foot in 15 minutes. There is also a tram stop in front of the house. We are looking foward to meet open people from all over the world. And we hope they feel welcome in our house. Of course we give you tips for sightseeing, restaurants, bars, etc....

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Freiburg

Willkommen in meiner Ferienwohnung! Die Wohnung ist ruhig und etwa 200m vom Dietenbachsee gelegen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist auch etwa 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn kommt man gut vom Hauptbahnhof zur Ferienwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit viel Licht. Nach Absprache kann ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ich wohne direkt unter der Wohnung und stehe für Fragen bereit.

Willkommen in unserer gemütlichen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Genieße ein paar entspannte Tage, lass die Seele baumeln. Zum Beispiel bei einem guten Glas Wein und dem Blick vom Balkon auf den kleinen Hafen von Wangen, dessen Beleuchtung sich abends im See spiegelt, einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang, einer Wanderung in der näheren Umgebung oder einem Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto in eine der kulturhistorischen Orte oder Städte in der nahen Umgebung. Abends noch rasch zum Schwimmen in den See.

We are 300m from the lake, close to premium hiking trails and only 800m to the train station - for free trips throughout the black forest region due to the free "KONUS-Karte". We are only 15 min from Feldberg Ski Arena/Nature reserve and 5 min (by car) from skiiing slopes/crosscountry tracks.

Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.
