With 900 square feet of open living area, a fireplace, full kitchen, washer/dryer, king size bed, high speed internet, 2 TV's, beautiful furnishings and easy access to the beach it's the perfect get-away!

This unit shares the property with another Tiny Home where the owner lives full time.

See eagles and other birds flying amongst the trees. Watch deer that amble through the yard. Take walks at our private neighborhood beach right across the street.

The cottage is less than a mile from the town of Freeland for all amenities, and close to the picturesque towns of Langley and Coupeville. The picturesque town of Langley, WA - 10 minutes away by car - hosts galleries, antique shops, restaurants, grocery store, post office, library, and a classic 250-seat movie theatre dating to the 1930's.

This fully equipped very tiny house on wheels sits on a high bank waterfront lot overlooking Holmes Harbor. The white ship lap and exposed wood ceilings gives this tiny a beach house feel. Sit out on your tiny deck with a view or relax inside and enjoy sunset views thru the trees. We have seals in the 5 mile long harbor, and a very occasional visit from a whale. Eagles nest on the property. There is a public beach and boat launch just 2 miles down the road at Freeland Park.

The building has been carefully restored to make it a cozy tiny house. We are just 15 minutes from the ferry in Clinton. It's just 5 minutes to Double Bluff Beach and 15 minutes to downtown Langley. This peaceful, coastal cottage was built in 2019 and sits on 5 acres of lush green grass, gardens and overlooks Deer Lagoon and Useless Bay. The bright, modern farmhouse is magazine worthy, immaculate and features all brand new and top of the line furniture, appliances, linens, towels and is completely outfitted for the gourmet cook. For babies, the cottage provides a pak n play, booster seat and toys. For adults there is bocce ball and croquet upon request.
