In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Unsere moderne und gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt auf der Ostseite der Fraueninsel im Chiemsee. Zwei bis max. 4 Personen können in unserer 70qm-Wohnung übernachten. Denn nicht nur das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, auch die gemütliche Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer mit separater Matratze (140x200cm) bietet sämtlichen Komfort. Auf dem großen Balkon blicken Sie über den Chiemsee und die Chiemgauer Alpen. In weniger als 1 Minute erreichen Sie die geteilte Wiese am See, mit Steg und zwei Liegen.

Unser liebevolles Haus mit Wohlfühlgarten liegt in absolut ruhiger Idylle mit Blick auf die Kampenwand und lädt ein sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man das Chiemsee Strandbad. Vor der Haustüre befinden sich sehr gut ausgebaute Rad- und Wanderwege in die Felder und Moore. Kinder sind herzlich willkommen und genießen diverse Freizeitangebote, wie z.B. Bauernhofbesuche. Wir stehen unseren Gästen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Bitte sprechen Sie uns an.
