Convenient to Grand Park , Ruoff, Monon Trail (walk, bike, run), Westfield, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and surrounding areas; 30 minutes to Ruoff Music Center; 15 minutes to Grand Park. Grace House

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Do you need a quiet and relaxing getaway? Grace house has cathedral ceilings with lots of windows. The comfy furniture and open concept will be soothing to your soul. There is a main bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed. There is also an office/extra bedroom with a decently comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed that has a memory foam topper. The yard is beautiful with walking paths, a hammock, firepit, and seating areas.

Historic Industrial School House

Stay in a one-of-a-kind historic gem just 4 miles from Purdue, located on the edge of town with easy access to shops and dining. Built in 1890 as a schoolhouse, this updated 1BR + loft blends original charm with industrial style and modern comfort. Backing onto woods and an active train track, it offers a rustic countryside feel. Next door is a historic cemetery, and a nearby correctional facility adds unique character. We look forward to welcoming you to a private suite that is the guest quarters in our home. You’ll have a private entrance & 3 rooms to yourself. There’s a living room with a table and chairs, a bedroom with a queen-size bed - nightstands, dresser and closet space with hangers for your use - and a newly remodeled full bathroom. There’s also a kitchenette in the hallway which is an antique Hoosier Cabinet equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot, and hot water pot.

Papaw’s Barn

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil get away, in the middle of Indiana heartland! This is a peaceful country setting in a farming community. It is 15 minutes from interstate I-65, approximately 20 minutes to downtown Lafayette and approximately 30 minutes to Purdue University. Papaw’s barn is a detached building away from the main house with parking. If you enjoy relaxing views of the country, in the middle of Indiana heartland, this is the place for you!

Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, you can also find a variety of foods, bars , etc.
